Shipping

Every piece from The Roam & Rest Collective is prepared with care before it leaves our hands. Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, and once your piece ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow its journey home.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders of $100 or more. For orders under that threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery typically takes an additional 7 to 10 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your companion to be delighted with every Roam & Rest piece. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. To begin a return or exchange, please email us at info@roamandrestcoshop.com with your order number, and our team will send you return instructions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the cost. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
